Brussels Coffee Show 2026: which day should you go?

Brussels Coffee Show 2026: which day should you go?

Updated 10 October 2026

The Brussels Coffee Show 2026 runs on 6, 7 and 8 November at the Gare Maritime, on the Tour & Taxis site in Brussels, according to the official show website. The weekend is open to the general public according to Fever and Belgique Insolite, so that includes you, even if your only espresso comes out of your own kitchen.

1

When and where is the Brussels Coffee Show 2026?

Friday 6 to Sunday 8 November 2026, at the Gare Maritime, rue Picard, 1000 Brussels, per Perfect Daily Grind. This coffee show in Brussels in November 2026 follows editions in 2024 and 2025 (3,918 visitors in October 2024, according to Belga as reported by BX1). Don't mix it up with World of Coffee Brussels, the trade show held 25 to 27 June at Brussels Expo (per the Tea & Coffee Trade Journal). Another show seen from a home barista's kitchen: Paris Coffee Show 2026 and home espresso.

Friday, Saturday or Sunday: which days are open to the public?

Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November, 10am to 6pm, for everyone, per Fever. Friday 6 is the trade day, and that's where it gets messy.

The official trade day page describes it as reserved exclusively for professionals. Fever says it's mainly aimed at professionals but open to passionate visitors, and Belgique Insolite writes that coffee lovers will be welcome too. Without written confirmation from the organiser, a Friday ticket is a gamble.

The official site dates the Brewers Cup Masters (filter coffee) to Saturday 7 and the Barista Masters, in teams of two, to Sunday 8 (that page's address still says 2025). So Sunday for baristas in pairs, Saturday for filter. For competition at the very top, there's the World Barista Championship 2026 in Panama.

What can a home espresso fan actually do there?

At the Brussels Coffee Show 2026, a home barista mostly comes to taste and ask questions. Of the formats on the official site, two speak to anyone dialling in a grinder every morning:

  • a cupping zone to compare coffees side by side and work out why you like your current beans;

  • Roasters Village by Dalla Corte and the Roasting Masterclass: if a roaster is on site, ask how many days to rest beans before grinding.

How much are tickets to the Brussels Coffee Show 2026?

Between €15 and €17.90 a day depending on the source, as of 10 October 2026. Booking fees are possible depending on the seller (Fever lists none):

Source Listed price
Fever €17.90 for one day, €53.70 for the 3-day Festival Pass
Tour & Taxis events page €15
Belgique Insolite from €17.90

The three-day pass is exactly 3 × €17.90 (our own arithmetic), so no discount.

What to check before you go

In the sources consulted on 10 October 2026, nothing confirms yet:

  • the 2026 exhibitor list;

  • the detailed programme and hours (the programme and practical info pages still show 2025);

  • the official ticket seller (Fever sells tickets, but nothing says it's the only one);

  • the free shuttle from Brussels-North at weekends: EIT Food lists it for weekdays only.

For the Brussels Coffee Show 2026, the safest plan right now: a Sunday ticket.
