According to organiser Collectif Café, the 2026 edition filled 3,500 m² at the Parc Floral, with 500-plus roasters and roughly 6,000 visitors, at 18 euros a day in advance and 20 euros on site. Which means roast date matters as much as the country printed in big letters on the bag, though it's almost never printed on a supermarket one.

One title went public: Moko Coffee Shop in Bordeaux took Best Coffee Shop in France 2026 (Presse Agence). For Best Espresso, Cup Tasters and Roasting, only the regional finalists were public as of 17 September 2026. We're not going to invent a winner.
